i dont see any color coded wires or anything like that. i am not sure how i should remove it and put a new one on. nothing looks labeled. if it was color coded this would be easy but i dont see that. please help

for some reason the tiny pick .com is starred out just add that instead of the stars with no spaces

the photo wasn't there. The wires should be going to terminals on the thermostat that have letters like R,G,Y,W. Do you have that?
