I had my nephews transplant two barberry bushes from behind my shed to the front of the house while I was at work yesterday. When I woke up this morning, most of the leaves were curled. I watered them deeply, but had to leave for work. If they haven't improved by the time I get home, does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Helen,
Without knowing how they dug, handled and watered these shrubs, it's difficult to say the cause of the wilt. Overwatering can cause the same problems. If they haven't perked up by tomorrow you might consider digging down to see how much root system they dug up. If the root system they dug is very small, consider pruning the shrubs to remove some of the stress.
