Hi there,
I have a Koldwave air conditioner and does not know how it works.
Previous owner told me that it has been working great. Is there nay user guide or refernece book to see how this things works?

I have also a quick question. There is two water pipe under the unit and when the unit is turned on, water comes out only from one pipe. Is that normal?

Your help much appreciated.

This is a portable a/c type unit? Is it an air cooled or water cooled model? Look here for documentation:

Koldwave, Portable Air Conditioning, Spot Cooling, Air Cooled, Water Cooled (http://www.koldwave.com/html/portables.asp)

Yes , it is a portable water cooled a/c unit.

I have visited the link and could not find the answer for my question.
When previous owner explained that there should be two way water circulation. There is two piper goes to drain and water comes out only from one. I am not sure this is normal behaviour since i seen another place water was comning out from two pipes when unit is turned on?
I hope this will help you to understand my question.

One is the water discharge the other is the condensate drain.

Go to the link "DJ" gave you, hit the literature tab, scroll down to the installation instructions for your model, it's there.

The discharge line will always have water coming out the condensate line will drain as needed unless its clogged. But you'll know its clogged because you will have water all over the floor.

Heaven knows what your water bill would be on a water cooled unit.
