read 19.9 on the compression side should be 25.5. Should I replace it?

The tolerance for motor run caps on a/c units is + or - 10% of the caps mfd rating. Beyond that, replace the cap. I've never seen a 25.5 cap, do you mean 25/5? IOW- 25 for the compressor and 5 for the fan motor.

was thinking of the reading when I typed that. Meant 25/5
