Any idea how to lower the loudness of the voice?

#-0-2-6 leaves it still too loud!

(we have a second panel in our bedroom)

When my kids arm the system at night with Night Stay, it announces loudly before and then after the countdown.

Would appreciate knowing how to lower the volume AND perhaps how to silence the final, post countdown announcement.

It is a Vista 20p (Ademco)

Thanks, Dave

I'm guessing that you have the 6150/6160V keypad model.

Unfortunately, with these ademco design systems, the keypad audio is kinda all or nothing. If you have tried the volume adjustment and it's still too loud, all you really can do is turn of the keypad sounds at the system programming level.

Keypad 16 cannot be silenced, but any others can.
Example to fully silence keypad 17:
Installer code 8 00
*190 1 3
*99

There are other options. You can also turn off arm/disarm and entry exit, but leave chime on; or only turn off chimes.
