Hi everybody, I am going to apply for a home loan and in this regard would like to get the necessary advices on that. I have taken care of all the loan requirements and I think that all are in place. But, as a pre-check, I would like to know what requirements you would consider as liable for this purpose.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Talk to your realtor and the company you will be applying to.

Your question is sort of contradictory..if you have taken care of all the loan requirements (whatever that means), then what else would there be?

Right. Part of the loan requirements would be to have the proper homeowners insurance on the property. I'm sure your loan officer has asked you for proof of insurance.

As far as advice for HO insurance, talk to an agent about what amount s/he feels you need to properly cover the home. Hopefully that amount is more than the loan.
