Hello all! We are looking for the best method of removing 2 small flooring adhesive stains on a carpet. The installer stepped back onto the rug when he was laying new linoleum in kitchen. These stains are dry and about 3 inches round. Thanks for all your tips!:thumbup:

chip off as much as you can with a plastic scraper....apply wd 40 to the area...sparingly it should soften it...and then just scrap away...after its removed..blot with a white rag and rubbing alcohol to remove the wd 40
