I recently replaced my well pump now I have dirty ice from my kenmore elite fridge icemaker. I have disconnected the water line from the fridge valve and it is clear. I also have replaced my water filter inside the fridge (water dispenser works fine and is clear)but still have dirty ice. This is not carbon from the new filter it is dirt. There doesn't seem to be a screen on the water inlet valve at the fridge....is there a way to clean this valve or do I have to replace it? thanks

You might have to just keep making ice until it clears. Is the ice cube mold dirty?
