I installed bazz bt 1200 IC boxes ( Recessed Lighting Insulated Box Sku# BT1200 Specification (http://www.lightingexperts.ca/en/bulbs-and-accessories/insulated-box.html) ) in my kitchen ceiling which sits under a flat roof.

The ceiling is insulated and I now need to place a vapor barier over it, however I am not really sure what I am suppose to do around the IC boxes ?

Any tips would be appreciated? Thanx

Hi punisher, you stated "The ceiling is insulated and I now need to place a vapor barier over it" being in Toronto, the vapor barrier, if you use one, has to be on the warm side of the insulation. Am I reading you wrong?

correct it is on the warm side. My question is how do seal around the IC box. But i called the company and they told me that I have to buy these wrapings that go around the box and the vapor barrier seals to that... just picked them up but not sure how it installs..
