Friend is installing one on a minor slope. Mountainous local terrain. snap-together Liner is hung from metal snap-together frame. Should we grade under with pea-gravel first and then sand on top and both compacted with vibra-plate (vibrating, gas-powered compactor(usually used in large trenching and compacting black-top patch))?
