Just finish planning for connecting the Dsc power 1832. I have only used 6 zones out of 8 zones provided. Do I leave the 7 zone and 8 zone unconnected or do I connect a 56k resistor or a wire from Z7 to com and Z8 to com. How do I stop the zone 7and 8 on keyed lighting up. Thank yyou for the hel

couple ways-
yes, use the 5.6k's then its done
you could also shut them off in programming- a) not selected for any partition. b) zone definition "00"
do the 5.6k and be done with it
