I tried to set some codes and entered *5 1234 then tried to skip changing mastercode by pressing "* Exit Exit Exit" and since that I can use only some user codes and programming code 9713

Found solution my self:

Enter programming mode by *8 0# 9713# 43 and 4
This sets programming code work also as a master code in Location 43.

after that you can set master code by *5 9713 01 1234 where 1234 is a new master code ;)
