Our asphalt contractor let the hot oil "tack" run down a few driveways today. Is there anything that will remove this tack off the d-ways and not just spread the stain. This happened a few years ago and the attempt to clean it up just spread it out. It has faded over the years but can still be seen. Any ideas appreciated.
