Is there a type of router bit that works like a flush bit (follows an edge) but can set back the parallel cut 1/8" from flush? If so, what is it called?
Thanks!

Not exactly - it's sort of backwards. Instead of an overhang I want to cut further back from the guide bushing, so the cutting part needs to be bigger than the bushing.

that would be a rabbet bit.
