Hey guys,
I purchased a Charbroil grill with the Natural gas conversion kit. The kit includes an "orifice removal tool" to replace the propane orifice with a natural gas one. Unfortunately the orifice was on extremely tight and this tool was apparently not shaped too precisely and it started to round off the head. The good folks at Charbroil are not honoring their warranty and I dont want to haul it back to the store.
Does anyone have any idea how I can remove the orifice in its comprimised state? A wrench may have worked but the head is now misshaped.

Does it unthread? How about trying vice grips?
