I have a 20'x20' 4" thick concrete slab where patio cover is sitting. I have 2 3" gutters at each end which drain water down to the grass. When it rains water still seems to poor back into the middle of the patio, is there anything I can do so water wont run back to the patio cover so I can eliminate puddles of water and stagnant water in the middle of the patio. Your help is greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by patio cover? Like a roof over the patio, or some type of tarp or something?
If the patio is sloped correctly and there isn't a mound of dirt or mulch damming up the water runoff, then the patio should drain on its own and no puddling should occur.
