i have a fridgedaire gallery series front loading washer. its about 1 1/2 yrs old. today during a wash it stopped. i didnt catch the error code but it still has water in it. i reset it and tried to start it over but it just makes a buzzing noise and doesnt fill more, or start to spin..i was washing a pillow and a pillow case. any ideas??

Remove as much water as you can from the interior, remove the lower front panel, slide something under the machine to catch water, remove the pump, check the sump for debris or small clothing articles, check the pump for an obstruction or to see if it is bound up.

best way to get all the water is out is the ole shop vac on the drain hose if you dont have pinch off pliers for the tub to pump hose

hey thanks for the help....amazing an underwire from a bra was jammed right in the pump. everything works fine now. thanks again for the help!!!!
