Hi, I have a kawasaki FC420V engine OHV and there is a part that the nuts have come off of and it is now sticking out of the back of the motor. It is on the opposite side from the piston. Can I just put on new nuts and shove it back in? What torque would the nuts be? thanks for your help.

If you are speaking of the balancer support shaft letter H, And the o-ring letter I is still in good condition just slide it back in and install new nuts (metric). There is no torque listed for these nuts other than general torque per screw/stud size.
