Hey Everybody, new to the board. We have a problem with our hot water that started about a week ago. Our hot water pressure has become really low throughout the entire house and it's getting worse, now it stops flowing at all when you leave it on for any length of time. Tried draining the water heater but only clear water came out, no sediment or anything. Any help you guys could give me?
Thanks!
Thanks!

the HOT water turns to cold or the water slows to a trickle?

You'll need to start tracingthe piping. Do you have a boostr pump that maybe isn't running? Are the valves at the tank wide open? Is there a tempering valve somewhere leaking thru to the cold side? Any check valves in the lines and so on?

You said you tried "draining" water out of the tank.
Put a hose on the outlet tap and let the water run to see if the pressure is reduced right at the tank when the water runs.
