Newbie to this forum. Can someone help me disable communication error with my security system listed in the title? I moved into my new house 2 months ago and have no intention of having a residentual phone line, just a cell phone and no monitoring service. But I can still use the basic features, provided I can disable the random communication error. I just don't want the alarm to go off when I'm out of town. I've done alot of research and constantly read option #26, but the system tells me this is invalid.

You'll need the installer code (default is 4321), or you can possibly default the system to set it back to factory settings (depends on what was previously done to it for this option to work)...
