I am looking for a source of parts for a Barcalounger recliner.

Your best bet would be to find a local retailer (who carries the Barcalounger line) who's been in business for a long time (yes, quite hard to find in these times). Better a family business than a chain. They tend to accumulate parts, since most of them are trying harder than the chains to keep all the repairs that they can in-house. I wouldn't hold out much hope contacting Barcalounger directly. Their website funnels you to their dealers, and they are currently owned by an investment firm, so they don't even run their own show.
