My driveway and sidewalks are spalding
Is the a method of applying a concrete overlay on this spalding concrete or must all the concrete be torn out and replaced.
Advice appreciated.
Thanks

The spalling is from too wet a mixture, or from freezing before the cure. Can you post a couple of pictures on a site such as photobucket.com and copy/paste the HTML code to your reply post. That way our concrete pros can see what you have and offer better advice.

How new is this pour? What I see is not spalling. It looks like rocks have been thrown on the wet concrete and removed. That, or drunk squirrels.
