The back wheel farthest from the lever to raise or lower the thing to the floor won't stay on. At one point the whole lever fell off, but my husband was able to put it back together.

We love to fix this ourselves as our local Kirby guy is about 200 years old and dealing with him is slow and painful. Plus it's probably going to be costly. It was $20 to get our hose replaced, AGAIN. :madhell:
