Installing Laminate in cabin. I pulled up the old indoor outdoor carpet with rubber foam back that had been glued to linoleum. The carpet seperated from the foam leaving a very uniform 1/8 inch black rubber foam surface on top of the linoleum. Can I install Swiftlock laminate on top?
