I am installing a replacement acrylic kitchen sink and need to drill a hole to make a position for an osmosis tap. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Tape over the area desired with masking tape, drill a small pilot hole and drill with a hole saw. Go lightly as you are about to break through, just like plywood.

The faucet/tap escutcheon should cover any minor imperfections.

Make sure you use the recommended holesaw size and that its relatively sharp.
