I just bought a new EPA Wood furnace for my basement. I'll be ducting it into the ductwork soon and I was wondering if I could just build a couple plenums. I was thinking about using the galvanized corners for drywall on the corners and using sheelmetal from there to complete the sides and top. I need 2 plenums, one 24.5 x 28 x 18 and one 24.5 x 16 x 18. I can't find any of those size, and seen they run well over a 100 a piece. Would my idea work, or is there a better way to go about it. Thanks.
