Hello....I am hoping someone can help us! :wall: We recently purchased a home that has a Honeywell Alarm installed. The home was a foreclosure so there was no information given to us in regard to the alarm code. We are unsure where to even find the model number of the alarm system. :help: Is there a way to reprogram the unit despite not knowing the code?
Thank you in advance for any and all information regarding reprogamming our unit.

Start with the sticky titled "Alarm Forum FAQ: Please read before posting".
You need the model number for any meaningful information to help you. Find the metal box with the battery; 99% of the time the model will be on the wiring diagram inside the door.

Hi,
I have a Honeywell 7000 that came with my house. It is not the wireless system. The prior owner never used it, and I don't know the code. Is there a way I can break into it? I have been told the model number has been discontinued, and no one has been able to help.
Thanks!

The Honeywell 7000 was Honeywell's forey into the alarm hardware market under their own name in the mid 1990s. When they absorbed the Ademco line, they dropped it.
For what it's worth, here's the user manual:

It's pretty much orphaned and unsupported. My best advice is to replace the keypad(s) and control. There _might_ be a pay per download site with the install manual, but I suspect that this thing is probably installer locked.
