im not sure the model of my dryer but maybe its universal. I think the timing mechanisim is not working. the dryer will work and then keep working until you open the top. it ussed to stop on time but now just keeps going. i dont kow alot about apliances so i want to fix it just dont know how.

Really need the model, but....to help the experts...

Does the timer advance or does it just sit in one spot? Does it stop between cycles and then start again...or does it run constantly?

About as universal as hubcaps.

Timer or stuck start button probably.

i wouls give yall the model, etc. it ats my grandpa's house in storeage. my parents said i could have it cuz they got new ones. ( im moved out and getting a rental house) it doesnt stop between the cycles it just keeps on going. the actual drying of the clothes is fine and works. just how long the machine stays on is the problem

Couple of guesses, one is push to start switch stuck on second is timer not turning or contacts stuck on.
