Recently one of my toilets has been flushing strangely. When flushed it fills up towards the rim with water, then continues to flush, but leaves only a small amount of water in the bowl. It doesn't seem to have affected the performance, no clogs or overflows. Any ideas what would cause this? Thanks for the help.

Take my word for it, YOU HAVE A CLOG, if you don't address it soon the water will eventually come over the rim.
