Can I just use a premix adhesive like Romans on Bin shellac based or should I prime with Zinsser 123 after Bin ,Beer 4U2Beer 4U2Beer 4U2Beer 4U2 or just use sizing? I am papering over a plywood type panel. Yup had one did not know that I should only click on that one once.

You shouldn't have any problems as far as the paper sticking. I'd just roll on some R-35 and once that's dry you can hang the paper.

Oil is better as far as removal later if you change your mind.
