I just painted my whole house and I did cover the whole floor. But it looks like some paint snuck in. Whats the best way to remove the few spots that has paint on it?

Generally it's best to try and pick/scrape off then paint. Sometimes a little bit of sandpaper will work. There are different solvents and paint removal products [opps and goog off] that will work but they aren't always compatible with the carpet.
That said, I've had good results with a rag damp with liquid deglosser combined with a little elbow grease - don't use anymore deglosser than needed!
