Trying to remove an old Lori deadbolt - found the two set screws on the inside - they appear to be stripped - the 3/32 allen wrench won't grasp the set screws - any ideas on how to remove the set screws or deadbolt??? Thanks! Happy Memorial Day Beer 4U2

Did it many years ago, worked like a charm, if I remember...
You'll probably have to go to a good hardware store to get a single left-hand (reverse) drill bit...I think 7/64" but you might get a 1/8" as well. Use a good VSR drill motor and go slow...it should dig in and unscrew the set screws. Try the 7/64" first.
Worst case scenerio, drill it out with conventional 1/8" bit. Put the key in the lock, pull it out about 1/8" clamp a pair of baby vice grips on it at right angles so you can use it to unscrew the cylinder, as there will be metal shavings on the cylinder threads....carefull not to break the key.

Shoulda asked before, but assume this is double cylinder? Have
not dealt with Lori for years, so other smithys may need to confirm, but I think the bolt will slide into the inner body from either direction, so if the lock was originally installed by a locksmith, there's a better than 50/50 chance the inner body screws are facing the INSIDE of the door (smithy habit), so try to remove the inner cylinder first. If you see the (3) phillips screw heads on the inner body, remove the bottom (2) and the bolt and body will separate for removal.

thanks for your help. it was a double cylinder and i found the screws on the outside. the drill worked great. couldn't find a single left hand drill bit but the regular 1/8 worked fine.
