I want to lay a heavier grade adhesive floor tile in bathroom. Is it best to go around or under the toilet? (I'm amateur!) Last time I saw toilet pulled I noticed the place it sits in has flooring a little lower than the regular level of rest of floor. (not sure why?)

If you need more information please let me know, otherwise please advise best way to install these tiles.

Remove the toilet, and install the tiles underneith.
