I am moving into a home with laminate on the stairs leading to the basement. The install looks quite sketchy and there appear to be a few loose pieces as well as a cheesy "runner" or two that are affixed down the middle of the stairs.
My question is: Is the laminate likely glued to the stairs? how hard will this be to remove?
