I'm looking for a 4" ball bearing door hinge. Here's the kicker. One leaf is square edge, the other has radius corners (5/8").
Finish is not a consideration.
Any Ideas?

Wouldn't happen to be for a Timely door frame would it?
Anyway, most major hinge manufactures will supply them, but as special orders. If you're lucky someone will have a few in stock. Other questions you need to be prepared to answer:
1) the gage {usually between .100 and .160 for a 4”}
2) hinge configuration {is it a full mortise hinge or some other combination mortise/surface,etc.}
3) door handing {this type of hinge is handed. It is not reversible}.
If stainless steel suits the purpose, or you don't care about surface rust on a steel hinge, take a grinder and file to a square hinge after marking it with blue dikem. Another trick that works with some manufactures is swapping the leafs of square & radius versions of the hinge. (This varies among mfgs). Two door hardware mfgs that able to help are located in Commerce, CA and St. Louis MO.
