Hello,
I have just had a new 3-piece tub installed as well as a new Delta Lockwood Tempassure tap and shower fixtures. For some reason while running the tap the shower head constantly leaks a fair amount of water. Very annoying to say the least.
Anything I can do to remedy this?

Was the shower head installed the correct minimum distance above the valve? Is the pull down diverter completely open when using the spout (never saw one, so can't advise how to check really)? Have you taken the spout completely off to see if the leaking stops?
The water is forced out the showerhead by blocking the flow through the spout, a partial blockage of some sort could cause what you have. Not having a long enough pipe between the valve and shower head can also cause this if water pressure is high enough.
