 I have a 35 year old concrete block house with a 2 coat stucco finish. I renoved the poured concrete from the patio and found the block was spalled at the attatchment of the slab to the block. the stucco was added after the slab was poured. Below the slab the block looks good. How can I keep the block from spalling below grade? Can I clean it and use roofing cement to protect the good block? The house is in centeral Florida. Help!
