I have a GE 32GT740 and it's getting power but it's not coming on. I here a clicking noise in the back like it's trying to come on but won't. I read on this site that it could be the TP 15 transistor. Where would this transistor be on the board?

Those transistors are used on a different chasis than yours.Check the horizontal output trany to see if it is shorted.
