The bottom 3 feet of my exterior home has a cement coating surface. Anything above that is where the vinyl siding begins. My flower beds are along the side of the house and when my irrigation system sprays these beds, it wets the concrete on the bottom wall of the house. What can I paint or spray onto the cement wall so water does not penetrate through the concrete and cause cracking? Thank you!
