Installing a bathroom in basement. Concrete floor is solid and smooth but was painted many years ago. The house is 50 yrs old. From my research it appears I need to remove all of the old paint. What is the best way to do this? If I use a paint remover will that product effect how the tile will stick? Also wondering would a heat gun work to remove the paint?
Thanks for any suggestions.
