I would like to paint over wall paper instead to remove the wall paper.Please tell some tip befor i paint.Thank you

I don't advise the painting of paper but that is not your question.Use an oil base primer and follow with paint of your choice.If you get bubbles they are best left alone for the best chance to dry out.

I painted over wall paper, but what I did first was take the pattern off and then the backing of the wall paper is still there, it bubbles at first when painting and then afterwards disappears. I used a beige color also and you cannot even notice!

I have on occasion painted wall paper, Mike has the right idea. The primer will seal the paper preventing moister from the paint from loosening the paper. The paper must be adhered well, I also skim the joints with drywall mud, but you may not want to do this unless experienced, you could make them look worst.
After priming, I have even textured and painted.
