Hello! I just recently bought a property in October and the last people left a sticky note with our access code on it and that is since long lost in our move. Is there a way for me to find out what the access code is or can I reset it to a new one? I ended up pulling the plug on the battery in the unit because it kept beeping and saying it needed service. Our phone company has inadvertently messed up the phone line I believe when we moved in and had them install their phone line (DSL cable phone line). I have never owned an alarm system before! Help!!!:confused:

5580TC is the telephone interface module, and works on about 10-15 DSC alarms. What is the alarm system model? (look on the diagram inside the door of the box where the battery is)
