I have recentely installed vinyl windows and doors in my house, but on 1 of the doors and 2 of the windows. they hit the frame when you close them. do you have any advice for how i might trouble shoot this problem. thanks

Not based on what you've told us. Be a little more descriptive and include links to pictures if you have them.

I am assuming casement windows??? It sounds like the door and windows were not properly leveled/plumbed. Everything should fit the frame with equal gaps all around, and work properly. Call the installer back to do it right.
