Hi,
We read through your instruction to hang wallpaper, and wanted to clarify how the inside and outside corners are to be cut. When you overlap the two strips at the corner and make the cut from top to bottom, are both
strips to be cut through, peeled back, the cut off pieces from both strips removed, and then the two strips seamed back together at the cut line with no overlap? Also, if you end the wall paper at an outside corner (ie
no wallpaper on the adjoining wall), how far from the edge of the corner to you suggest the wallpaper to stop, and is there any special edging, like the clear plastic corners, that you recommend.
Thanks
Mike

I dont know who your questions are directed at but I will tell you what I know in hopes that it will help. When you come to a corner I measure the distance at the top middle and botton from the edge of the last sheet to the corner.Taking the longest measurement and adding 1/8 inch will be a perfect wrap.Split this piece and hang it into the corner. The next sheet out of the corner on the next wall will be the remainder of the one you just split put in the corner lapping over the 1/8 wrap.Although splitting the corners is sometimes done I find that the overlap holds up better if and when the corners start to shift.I personaly run paper right to the edge of outside corners.I use VOV or border glue to assure it stays but nothing is fulproof without the plastic guards.
