i just bought a house with an Admenco alarm system. I do not have any codes or manuals. The system started beeping with a BAT code and a FC code flashing. I typed in some numbers and the alarm stopped beeping but the codes are still there. The control panel is wired in the wall and i could not find any battery. will this problem come back and how do i reset the security codes?

FC is "failure to communicate". BAT means that the backup battery in the metal box that holds the actual system motherboard has failed.
It will resound these troubles about once a day until you replace the battery and disable the dialer.
Find the system box, first. The diagram inside the door will tell you what model system this is actually.
