My Weedeater Featherlite FL20 is nearly new, but the end quit turning. The engine starts right up, revs like it is supposed to, but the end doesn't turn. It's like it might be cable-driven inside the long housing, and the cable broke. Any ideas, or has anyone had and solved this issue? Thanks. pandows

Usually the boom slips away from the engine just enough that the cable un-couples from the engine. You may need to slip the boom back towards the engine and tighten the clamp bolt under the handle grip to fix it. You might have to turn the head while pushing the boom towards the engine to rotate the cable to get it to fit in the square coupling at the engine and slide up into place.
