I'm presently living in an area where ALL the paper sold is unpasted. Do I need to follow any particular guideines, like still soaking it or booking it (booking is letting it cure and expand isn't it?)
thanks!

I use pre-mixed clay based vinyl paste for all of the fabric backed paper and most of the paper backed type.Only use clear pre-mixed paste for the lightest of unpasted paper. Most will tell you that the clear will hold anything clay will but it does not provide the workability of clay based.Contrary to what the directions say pre-mixed glues should be thinned until it works well without oozing out from the edges to much when working with the paper.
