Hi I am new here but I have a dilemna. My son just purchased a home with this panel installed. The previous owner never used it as it was installed before they bought the house. No one knows the codes for this panel. Can someone tell me how to reset this panel back to its factory defaults.
Thank You,
Jack

Is that a Safewatch 3000EN? Or is it a Lynxr EN.
There's a major difference.

It's a clone of a Vista 20p (web search using the phrase "Vista 20p installer manual").
In the sticky titled "Alarm Forum FAQ: Please read before posting" you will find the basic instructions for accessing program mode on ademco design alarms. Once you get into programming, press #20 and it will read back the installer code, 1 digit at a time (ignore leading zeros). You can use that code and the instructions in the system operation section of the installer manual to create a new master user code.
