Hello, we have a 1972 ranch w/ beamed cathedral ceiling. Insulated 3" cardboard backed ceiling panels, finished white were originally used. Losing lots of heat and cool air. We were thinking of applying insulation (foam, radiant barrier or fiberglass?)between the beams and covering the insulation with sheetrock as the finished ceiling, leaving the beams exposed. About 21" between beams.
Is there any product that includes insulation and a finished ceiling that we could cut and install over present ceiling?

Thanks
