Hi.
I'm baffled and really frustrated. I have a GENERAC/ Briggs&Stratton 2300psi pressure washer - and for the life of me I can't slide the nozzle down, so that it's in high pressure mode. It won't budge. It's stuck in the low pressure position.
It's been a really long while since I've used it, so I thought that maybe there's some trick to get it to move that I just forgot about. I've tried every possible thing I could think of to try and get it to slide back. I've pulled really hard. I've pulled while twisting the nozzle. I've pulled while the machine was on and water was coursing through it. Nothing has worked.
Any insights or suggestions would be great.
here's a pic of the nozzle if it helps:

I've used those too...it should just pull out and push in from what I remember. I think the one in the pic is already in the high pressure mode......

Mine gets stuck too. Block of wood and a hammer will do it.

Yeah, it does look like it's already in high pressure mode, but it's definitely in the low position.
I tried the "hammer and a block wood" trick and it worked like a charm.:) Many thanks.
